For Jägersrohälsan, a private healthcare center in Malmö, we have developed the strategic communication work in close collaboration with the CEO and management team. The assignment included strengthening the healthcare center's brand, increasing visibility and creating clear paths to reach both new and existing patients.
The mission includes:
Development of a marketing plan with a clear connection to expected goals.
Analysis and development of existing website, including SEO optimization and clear calls to actions.
Identification and optimization of digital channel selection.
Development of a social media strategy with activity plan for Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin.
Implementation of strategies and activities together with existing staff.
Through a structured and goal-driven approach, we ensure that Jägersrohälsan is well equipped to meet patients' needs and strengthen its position in the region.
